Hana-Maui Resort, A Destination By Hyatt Residence, Hana

My stay at Travaasa Hana had its ups and downs. I loved the stunning views and spacious room, which felt comfortable overall. However, the service left much to be desired, particularly during check-in and check-out. The dining experiences were hit or miss, and despite the serene atmosphere, it was occasionally disrupted by maintenance work. Overall, it's a beautiful place but not quite the luxurious experience I was hoping for given the price.

Travaasa Hana offers a stunning setting with incredible views and opportunities for unique cultural experiences. However, the overall stay can be quite disappointing, primarily due to issues with customer service, outdated amenities, and a lack of attention to detail. While the food and pool facilities have their strengths, the steep price tag doesn't match the value provided, especially with ongoing maintenance and service issues.

Unfortunately, the lack of air conditioning made the rooms uncomfortably hot, which significantly impacted my overall comfort.
